Chinese Christian Church

Introduction:

Southend-on-Sea Chinese Christian Church is a friendly, warm and growing inter-denominational Church. We aim to serve our local and the nearby Chinese community. We believe that good relationships with God and with each other are the basis for a vibrant, generous and joyful Christian lifestyle. Our Sunday worship attracts people of all ages. Refreshments are served afterwards to provide an opportunity to chat.

Church Activities:

Sunday school for children aged 4-12 where we provide a warm atmosphere for our younger generation to learn His words through various activities

A prayer group for 18+ for intercession is held monthly.

Midweek we meet in cell groups where we aim to relate the Bible to our lives and encourage and support each other to share our faith in Jesus Christ with others.

Though the major language that we use today is Cantonese, we hope that we can arrange a bilingual service (ie Cantonese-Mandarin) soon.
